About Death to the Strange
Death to the Strange fuse lyric-driven, folky tunes with ambient electronic sounds and effects. With instrumentation tailored to each tune, the band are looking to take in and build on all the interesting music out there. The idea was born when John Lowndes & Daniel Clarke decided to start getting together to write new material. With the introduction of Jamie Wilson (drums and percussion), Rob Sewell (synths and sounds) and Adam Hart (bass, mandolin, ukulele, prepared guitar) the band has been developing and maturing into something unique.
