SALFORD GOES POP AS FAME AND FORTUNE ARRIVE FOR LOCAL LADS
CRAIG'S SUCCESS IS JUST PERFECT
Salford singer Craig Davis took a big step up the pop ladder to fame this week . . .
For 23-year-old Craig who has been heralded as the new ‘Tom Waits of Salford' has just begun a nationwide tour with the band Fairground Attraction who were number one in the UK pop charts with their hit ‘Perfect'.
And Craig of Sedan Close, Salford believes the latest tour could not have come at a better time.
“Ive just finished touring with ‘Everything But The Girl' and this will keep the momentum going,” he said.
Salfordians who would like to see Craig will get their chance tomorrow (Friday) when he supports Fairground Attraction at Manchester International.
