Ok folks, the competition is almost upon us- and here's the latest update and itinerary from the organisers:

SALFORD'S GOT TALENT: 7pm-1am, FRIDAY 3rd SEPTEMBER 2010 @ THE WILLOWS.

£5 door fee (proceeds to CHRISTIES APPEAL) Tickets from Willows reception, 0161-736-8541 or thewillowsonline.co.uk (September events). Celeb judges: Peter Hook, Terry Christian & Ed Blaney.

Tickets are now on sale for the "Salford's Got Talent" event at The Willows on September 3rd. It's a Christie's Cancer Appeal thing and it's a fiver. All the details are on the poster below. I thank you. Oh, and if you'd like to enter the talent contest then please email silkyproductions@yahoo.com

Everybody’s favourite club venue The Willows and Salford dance music organisation, Silky Productions are hosting a showcase event for the Advertiser Christies Appeal and are looking for you to get involved.

Salford’s Got Talent is taking place in The Willows Cabaret Suite on Friday 3rd September 2010. The event is in a traditional variety show-style, but with a modern edge & the organisers are looking for singers, dance acts, bands, MCs, thespians, comedians, etc who would like to show off their talent to an audience of over 600 people, including a celebrity panel.

The panel includes Peter Hook (legendary New Order bassist, Factory owner & DJ), the one & only Mr Terry Christian & Ed Blaney, organiser of the Salford Music Festival.
