Ok folks, the competition is almost upon us- and here's the latest update and itinerary from the organisers:

£5 door fee (proceeds to CHRISTIES APPEAL)

The Willows and Salford dance music organisation,
Silky Productions are hosting a showcase event for the
Advertiser Christies Appeal and are looking for you to get involved.
Salford’s Got Talent is taking place in The Willows Cabaret Suite on Friday 3rd September 2010. The event is in a traditional variety show-style, but with a modern edge & the organisers are looking for singers, dance acts, bands, MCs, thespians, comedians, etc who would like to show off their talent to an audience of over 600 people, including a celebrity panel.
The panel includes Peter Hook (legendary
New Order bassist, Factory owner &
DJ), the one & only Mr Terry Christian & Ed Blaney, organiser of the
Salford Music Festival.
